Return Policy

We at 411hijabs.com, your online wholesale hijab store, value our customers and stand behind our products. If it should become necessary for you to return your order, we wish to make the experience as simple as possible. We offer you a 14-day return policy for the entire, original dozen/set of a product. We cannot accept partial orders (i.e., portions of a dozen/set) as returns. 411hijabs.com products are sold wholesale, in assortments, as they are detailed in the product descriptions on our web site. To be able to offer products at these highly competitive prices, they must be sold in bulk, in assorted sizes, designs and/or colors.

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase from 411hijabs.com, you will have the choice of store credit or a refund, less the original shipping costs that 411hijabs.com paid—unless the return is due to defective manufacturing (see Guidelines below).  If your order benefited from a free shipping promotion, we will deduct from your order refund the shipping cost that we incurred for that portion of your order that you are returning to us.  (Please see our Shipping Policies for more information.)

To help us serve you better, please follow the return guidelines noted below:

  • Inspect each and every item upon receiving it. Identify whether any damage occurred during shipping.
  • Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was shipped: unaltered, new, and unwashed. Products must be shipped in the original packaging, with all tags attached. The entire product dozen/set must be returned—a partial dozen or set will not be accepted.
  • Defective merchandise (imperfect from manufacturer) will be refunded, along with the original shipping charges for the returned items, after we inspect the item(s). Products damaged or altered by customer, or an item not fitting a specific individual will not be deemed as defective merchandise.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect in the merchandise or the wrong item was shipped out, in which case 411hijabs.com shall absorb the costs.
  • Please ship returns with delivery confirmation and insurance; 411hijabs.com will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Customer will be responsible for filing an insurance claim with the shipping company should any items be lost in transit.
  • Refunds will be issued only after 411hijabs.com has received and inspected the returned merchandise, and determines that the product count and conditions are in compliance with our guidelines. The refund process may take from 10 to 15 business Refunds will cover the cost of the merchandise and the original shipping charges, unless otherwise noted above. You will receive an email notification once a refund is issued.
